Da Molken- und Caseinproteine unterschiedlich schnell vom Körper aufgenommen werden, bist Du kurzzeitig, also direkt nach dem Training, als auch über längere Zeit optimal mit Aminosäuren versorgt. Pro Portion werden dabei 4650 mg BCAAs zugeführt und zusätzlich erhält Dein Körper nach einem harten Workout 9 Vitamine und 2 Mineralstoffe, denn auch diese müssen nachgefüllt werden.
